For children up to 8 years there is a reduction of 50% (on the person supplement).
Excluding the summer period, it is possible to make reservations for weekends or short stays.

The price is weekly and it includes water, electricity, gas and the cleaning of the apartment at the end of your stay.
For children up to 8 years there is a reduction of 50% (on the person supplement).
Perphaps there is a reduced price for booking which are more than one week (except during 07/08 until 21/08 and high season ).
There is 20% discount on sunbeds+beach umbrella at “Orsa Maggiore”.
Booking taken by e-mail or by telephone. On confirmation of your booking we will need 30% deposit of the agreed price.

Registration documents.
The apartment will be available from 3.00p.m. and vacating your apartment must be by 10.00 a.m.
The week is sunday to sunday.
Cancelation before 1 month of arrival, will receive 50% of their 30% deposit. If we don’t hear otherwise you will loose all the deposit.
We would appreciate the utmost respect for other guest in the apartment therefore consistering the correct manor of behaviour.
There is a parking space each apartment.
